Dena (Office Manager)

Dena has worked for Dr. Richterich since 2002.  She was initially hired as a patient care coordinator then moved to California in 2003.  In 2005 she returned to Cascade Dermatology and took the position as assistant office manager.  Dena obtained her associate’s degree as an administrative professional and graduated with a certificate as a software specialist from Lane Community College in 2013.  In 2016, Dena graduated from Pacific University with a bachelor’s degree in healthcare management.  In her spare time, she enjoys gardening, sewing, playing with her pets, reading, exercising, going to see live music, dancing, and spending time with friends and family.



Raelene (Assistant Office Manager)

Raelene has been the assistant manager with Cascade Dermatology since 2013; providing support to both front and back office. Raelene graduated from Lane Community College in 2013; she received an associate’s degree as an administrative professional.  She is dedicated and devoted to help achieve a smooth and cohesive working environment. Raelene has many interests outside of the office however her primary interest is bowling.  She is very active with her bowling leagues and often enjoys competing in tournaments. She has a love for the outdoors and is thankful for Oregon’s beauty every day.


Sara (Aesthetician/Patient Care Coordinator)

Sara has worked at Cascade Dermatology since 2011. She has been a state licensed aesthetician since 2009 and has over 20 years’ experience in the medical office setting. Sara works part time as both aesthetician and a patient care coordinator.  When she isn’t at the office she is volunteering at her son’s school, gardening, or spending quality time with her family and friends.

Andrew has with with Cascade Dermatology since 2017. He moved to Oregon from Florida in 2015 and appreciates Eugene and its culture.  In his free time, Andrew enjoys hikes, spending time traveling Oregon, eating delicious vegan food, loves working in the medical field, helping people and will be pursuing a degree in in the near future.
